Calendar Start times

We are trying to use the calendar views for trello. 

We can add: a start date, end date, end time.

This does not allow us to assign 4 hours of time to the project because there is no 'start time' to be included with the start date.

Is there a way we can view tasks that need to be completed throughout our day? What people work at from 9am to 2pm - then a new task from 2pm to 5pm?

I also need to prevent people turning up at 00:00... I can not find a way to set a start time for a card. Then it will not be a calender, but just a "day by day"-view...
