I am trying to add CRML power up but it is not downloading. It keeps telling me that I have to authorize it.

As the CRMbl power-up is a third-party tool, you might need to grant it access to your boards or authorise it to use them for it to function properly.

That said, you can check if the power-up is already added to your board by following the steps on this page: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/enabling-power-ups/
