I can understand the frustration of a board being accidentally deleted. But just to be sure, if the board was only closed, you could still reopen it. What we suggest is that you make sure that the board has not been closed by looking at your closed board's section. You can find the full information here: http://help.trello.com/article/781-reopening-a-closed-board

However, if the board was in fact fully deleted, unfortunately, it isn't possible to recover the deleted board.
