Prezados, Boa tarde

O Trello associado ao email comercial@alternativauniformesmg.com.br, é meu, porém, estou conseguindo acessar após um pico de internet. Como faço para recuperar meu acesso? Quando tento pelo trello, ela abre nao abre a aba de login e tb nao me recorda a senha, porem nas tentativas acabei criando outra gratis por 14 dias, preciso muito do meu acesso antigo, pelo email acima citado.
