CHANGES NOT SAVE AT THE DESCRIPTIONS

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We have a problem saving card descriptions. In some occasions a label appears where it says "changes not saved". This has happened 4 times in the last two weeks.
Does anyone know why it happens and how to fix it?
