Similar cases occurred where users moving to an Atlassian account logged into a different Trello account, while their original account with boards remained. Log out of both Trello and Atlassian, then try signing in with any other email address, Google account, or Apple account you may have used with Trello. If still logged into Trello on another phone or browser and can see old boards, don't log out of that session yet.
Check the Trello username/account shown there. Keep the URL of a missing board if remembered; this helps Trello Support identify the account.
