Butler not working in Guest Board

My client has given me access to one of his boards. He has set up various butler automation s for the board but I don't seem to be able to see them. 

For example. I should be able to click on a "move to completed" button but I don't have this option and I can't see the "Completed" card in the move to list (it is a hidden list I think??). 

 

Any ideas why this is?

Hi @Holly Beddoes

 

They need to enable for share Butler with Workspace.

 

Ask to him enable the option to "Shared with workspace" for share with yout.

@Holly Beddoes as far as I know, board and card buttons should show up for all board members, including single board guests. There are no hidden lists in Trello, so if you also can't see a list you expected to see, you might be in the wrong board.
