Butler Trigger to compare two number custom fields

Custom Fields (both numbers): test1, test2

I'm trying to set up a trigger that will evaluate test1 against test2. For example:

If test1 is less than or equal to test2 . . . 

What I've got so far is: "When custom field "test1" is set to a number lower or equal to {test2}"

This throws a CANT_PARSE_COMMAND error consistently.

@Drew Patterson Yeah it looks like you can't use a variable in that comparison. This Trellinator command will do it:
