Butler Buttons Not Working For Select Individual

I've upgraded to Premium trial to create command libraries and shared those, but that seems to only be for Rules. For the Buttons, some of my team can use it and others continue to get this error and when I look in the log I don't see any errors. (see screenshots)

I've ensured 'Share with Workspace' is turned on for all buttons. Everyone can see the buttons and most are able to use them, but one individual continues to get the error message. He is listed as an admin with full capabilities and myself and the other admin have no issues with the button working on the board, we both receive the success! flag when we click the button.

ANY help would be appreciated.

Figured it out! He was not on the board that Butler was sending it too, so that was causing the error.
