I know if you have more than 10 boards you have to upgrade to business class. My question is do all the people who have access to my workspace and use those boards (for training) also have to pay for the subscription?

Welcome Megan!

It would depend if they need access to multiple boards or not, if everyone is confined to their own boards they wont be considered billable members.

The website states it like this.
Any Workspace guest that is on more than one board within the Workspace is considered a multi-board guest and is billed at the same rate as business class Workspace members.

I hope this answers your question.

There are ways to give people access to the content in a read-only way as well without adding them to your workspace: https://trello.com/power-ups/60d93bb780ee244d5d2b1edd
