Bulk Actions Power Up subscription

I'm having a lot of trouble using Bulk Action because it's rare that I open Trello and this power-up appears active. I've already tried several solutions (including the guide they provide, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it). I've tried contacting their support several times and never received a response. The worst part is that I can't access the subscriptions section to cancel. I'll be forced to report it to the bank to cancel. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Hello Andre,

Bulk Actions support here. We did receive both of your emails in December last year and we replied to both within 24hrs. We never heard back however.

It seems that our emails are not reaching you. Maybe you can check the spam folder or your company's security settings. You could also send us another email address we could reply to (preferably private, so we don't get filtered by your company's security setup again)? Just write from the original email, so we can confirm your identity, and mention the new email address directly in the email's body.

When it comes to cancelation, you can normally do it directly from the Power-Up, but in your situation, that is of course not feasible. You never asked for that in an email, so your subscription of course remains active.

If you would like me to cancel it for you, just send us a new email to confirm your request, and I will confirm here when we cancel it. Still, I think the best solution would be just to use a different email so we can actually help you solve the issue you are facing.

Just to confirm.

I have received your email from the new address and replied to it with some suggestions that should help troubleshooting. Hopefully you are able to receive my emails on that one without problems. 

I have also cancelled your subscription, to make sure you will not be charged again.
