Bug report: editor creates links it can't edit

The excrescence that is the WYSIWYG editor continues to depress: if you start to create a link by typing `[text](<paste-URL>)`, it auto-wraps the URL before you can edit it.  If its link parser is then unable to parse the URL, when you click on the link and then click edit, you get two blank fields rather than the text and URL you just typed.

Brilliant, Atlassian.

Bring back Markdown, please.
