Bug Report: Complete Status Setting Toggles On/Off in a Loop After Adding a Card

I'm experiencing a bug on the Trello iOS app where the complete status board setting toggles on and off repeatedly and won't stop after I add a new card to a board.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Trello board on the iOS app
2. Add a new card to a list
3. The complete status setting (board-level) begins toggling on and off automatically and does not stop

Expected behavior:
The complete status setting should remain unchanged unless I manually interact with it.

Actual behavior:
The complete status setting cycles between enabled and disabled continuously, making the board unusable.

Environment:
- App: Trello iOS
- Device: [iPhone 15 Pro]
- iOS version: [iOS 26.5]
- Trello app version: [2026.12]

I have checked my automation rules and do not have any conflicting triggers set up that would cause this behavior.

This issue occurs consistently and prevents normal use of the board.

Sorry to hear about that. Thanks for the detailed information. We did some testing, but we weren't able to reproduce what you're experiencing. 

Could you please go through the troubleshooting steps in our doc here? https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/troubleshooting-for-the-ios-app/

Let us know how it goes and if that helps fix the issue.

Thank you for your reply.

I have already checked that page and tried to report the issue through the support form. However, I was redirected to this Community Forum and could not find a way to submit the report directly to the support team.

If you happen to know the correct procedure or have a direct link to the appropriate reporting page, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
