Bug Issue with Member Limit on Trello Board

Our team currently use the free Trello workspace. I am trying to add a 10th member to our board, but the system indicates that we have exceeded our capacity, even though we currently have only 9 members...

How do we solve this technical error?

Please note that the 10-collaborator limit is at the workspace level and not an individual board level. Collectively across all your boards you might have reached the 10 user limit. You can easily check the number of collaborators by going to the workspace page. Details here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
