Today, when I entered into my board link, I got a error display on the tab page and it bring me into the home page. When I go into the log in page it says "There isn't an account for this email". When it transition me to trello to atlassian sign in I'm able to access my account and now it telling me to make a new Workplace. As if it's the first time I entered this website. Like how does that even happen when you're the only one running it?
@ReichLoli Welcome to the Atlassian community
You will need to contact Trello support here: https://trello.com/contact#/ and submit a support issue at the bottom of the page. They will be able to look at your account and see what happened. My guess is that you have a free account and have not used the account for a very long time and it was deleted.
I already send a ticket there and they are currently looking into it. I just wanna make a post here as well if anyone else have this bug and if their any solution to it.
The problem with that is I frequently updated my boards cards in a daily basics. To make sure I don't missing anything else I need to work on next. So the account being inactive isn't the reason why my boards and workspace decided to disappeared the next day.

@ReichLoli Thanks for the additional information. I was just suggesting that as a possibility as you did not include the frequency of how often you accessed your boards. Were you the workspace owner?

Yeah I was the workspace owner. I can't given you anymore info of how often I accessed the boards because the bug erase everything with no backup the other day. All I can give you is this screenshot of the error page.

@ReichLoli at this point I am out of ideas. Hopefully Atlassian will be able to recover. You should post here what they are able to find out.

My only theory is it have something to do with my account be link into the servers. So it just decided to bug out and purge everything. Which can explain why everything disappeared the next day and it view me as new user instead of a known user with years of work.
I never see anything like this before...
