Boards NOT Syncing / Updating

I've been using Trelllo for years and have had no problems updating boards with photos. for over two weeks, the boards try to update / sync and they spin for about 2 seconds and then stop. 

Sync logs mention waiting for phone to cool down, but I have gone back in when phone is cool and not being used and same thing and boards have not updated since end of July. I don't want to close app or log out as I will lose all current photos uploading. 

I have turned phone off and on. I have closed app several times and reopened when cold and able to update without overheating issues. 

Nothing is working.

I’m sorry you’ve been stuck with syncing for so long. To rule out an app-side issue, please try updating/reinstalling the Trello mobile app:

1. Confirm you’re on the latest Trello app version from the App Store / Google Play.

2. If you’re already up to date, please uninstall Trello and reinstall it (this often clears stuck sync/queued upload states).

Before reinstalling, please note: any items not yet fully uploaded may not complete until the app successfully syncs again. If possible, keep a copy of any critical photos on your device until you confirm they’ve uploaded to the cards.
