Hello, two of my daily use boards have been closed and the board admin no longer works here and I do not have access to any of their accounts. I use this for my daily work notes and customer info. Is it possible to make my account the admin account and reopen the boards?

In this case you need Atlassian.
You can try to reach out to Atlassian Support with a no-login option.
If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:
Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”
Continue without logging in.
Enter your email.
In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”
Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.
Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
Probably Atlassian will need from your organization some things to prove you eligible for what you requesting for.
