Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with a Trello board and I’d like to know if anyone has experienced something similar.
I am currently an admin of a board, but when I try to access certain settings, Trello says that the board belongs to another person’s Workspace. The problem is that this person no longer works at the company.
I also tried logging into Trello using that former employee’s account credentials, but the board does not appear anywhere in their Workspace or boards list.
So currently:
I am still an admin on the board
Trello indicates the board belongs to another Workspace
The original owner account cannot see the board anymore
We do not have a paid Trello plan, so we cannot contact official support directly
It almost feels like the board is linked to a “ghost” Workspace or there is some kind of sync/ownership bug.
Has anyone seen this before?
Is there any way to transfer ownership, recover the Workspace association, or force the board into another Workspace?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
