Hello!

It is possible to invite a trello user (external programmer, who work for us) just to a list without watching to hole board?

Currently, Trello doesn't support per-card or per-list permissions—once someone has access to a board, they'll be able to see all cards on it. For now, we suggest creating separate boards for different permissions levels.
