Hi! When I'm creating a new board, the other admins only see it in "All boards in the workspace" and not with the other boards in "Your Boards". In addition, they're not seeing the new board at all in the app. How do I correct this, please? Thank you, Murrah, BlueBolt Home Services

Sometimes Trello acts like it needs a cup of coffee before it shows new boards. I’ve had luck by adding other admins as board members first, then flipping visibility to Workspace so it pops up faster. On mobile, I usually force close the app and reopen it because the refresh can be sleepy. If things still look off, logging out and back in tends to kick everything into place.

Being a Workspace Admin doesn't automatically make you a member of every individual board.

To fix this, open the board and run through two quick checks:

1. Add them directly: Click Share at the top of the board and invite the other admins directly as board members.
2. Check Board Visibility: Ensure the visibility is set to Workspace rather than Private, so they can easily find and join it on their own.

If they are using the mobile app and still don't see it, a quick pull-to-refresh or logging out and back in usually forces the sync. The quick fix is almost always adding them straight to the board.
