Board Closed / cant reopen (no longer admin)

My wife and I had a board and apparently it was closed: https://trello.com/b/0oPHqBMC

We are the only ones on that board (that we are aware of) unless somebody got a hold of it. We want to re-open it but apparently we are no longer admins on the board. It is called LTD: Christ Light Book. We had so much content and data there for our book and its all gone. How do we go about re-opening it? Who does it say is the admin now? This is very important to us. Can we get access again and be made the admin?

I have taken a look at the board, and it is closed. The board admin's account was deleted due to inactivity over the last two years, as per our Dormant account policy, and because of that, the board is closed.I have promoted your existing account to board admin.

Can you please try now to reopen the closed board under a new workspace and let me know if you face any issues? You can follow the steps mentioned in the doc Reopen a closed board.
