Good Afternoon,
I have a series of board buttons created, until today they were all visible as normal.
Today they have disappeared from the top, I have checked all the settings and I cannot see any reason they should not be showing.
Is this due to a recent update?
This is a known Trello issue which happens due to interruption between your browser and Trello's server.
You could try these quick fixes may be:
Hard refresh:
Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R)
Clear your browser cache and cookies for Trello specifically
Try a different browser or Incognito/Private window
If you're using the Trello desktop app, try the web version instead (or vice versa)
Check if it's widespread:
Visit status.trello.com to see if there's a current incident
If nothing works, report the bug:
Since the Automation builder itself is failing to load, this is likely a Trello-side bug. Report it at Report a Trello bug | Trello | Atlassian Support — include your board URL, browser/OS details, and a screenshot of the spinning state if possible.
Thanks,
Anwesha
Hello and Welcome to Atlassian Community @Holden Group Admin
There is a very similar previous Community report where a Board Button disappeared from the header but reappeared after the user opened the button, made no changes and saved it again.
Can you try that ?
Best,
Arek🤠

Hi Arek, thanks for responding, I now can't even get into the individual button settings, just keep spinning.

Hi Arek, yes tried incognito and another browser, I have tried clearing the cache and cookies etc.
Both browsers just spin and won't let me edit

I have just had a response from my support ticket, it is a known issue that is being investigated at present.
