×We have blue cat cards inputted to a certain list and it not only doesn't show up there but it is no longer in our database at all.

I understand that you are using the Blue Cat Power-Up with Trello. You mentioned that data you added through Blue Cat is not there. Can you please check and contact the Blue Cat support team about this issue?
Go to the enabled power-up and click on contact support.
If the issue is within Trello, we are definitely happy to help, but it sounds more related to the Blue Cat Power-Up.
