BigPicture - Adding New Owner

Hello community!

I am trying to add my coworker as an additional owner, or even transfer ownership to her for the BigPicture PowerUp. In the settings area of the BigPicture; the app will not populate any other board members for me to pick from and there is no way for me to enter them in. I have tried exiting and reentering the app a couple of times to see if the list will come through and it has not. Help? Thanks!
