Better one on one using Trello and Flow Conversation Cue Cards to create your own agenda

Recently I discovered this post on the Atlassian Worklife site. https://www.atlassian.com/blog/inside-atlassian/1-on-1-meeting-tips

What caught my eye was this quote "When done on a consistent basis, 1-on-1 meetings create a foundation of understanding which increases effectiveness and aids team and individual growth....letting the team member drives 75 percent of the agenda and the manager 25 percent."
