Automations say they're running, but cards don't move until I run the automation manually

I have several scheduled automations set up to move cards overnight based on their due dates. The logs show that the automations are running, but when I log in in the morning, the cards haven't moved. When I run the automations manually, they run successfully and the cards move as expected. Why aren't the cards moving until I manually run the automations?

These used to work perfectly, but stopped several months ago.

Just to get better understanding, disable the automation for a day, as it is not working for you but executing when you are doing manually. in this case you will understand, if there is any other automation is running? 

Also, configure similar setup on different instance and check if it is working as expected or not.

Thanks for your response! In thinking through your suggestion, I went back through my automations again. When I run the automations manually, I'm using a Board Button, but discovered I inadvertently deleted the automations from running on a scheduled basis. It's all fixed now!
