Hey everyone
we recently setup an automation using zapier to send an email when a card is moved to a list.
The automation works when sliding the card to the list manually within the same board, but we also setup a button to move the card with one click from another board to that same list that should trigger the email, but it won’t send it using the button, even though the card is ending up in the list that should trigger the automation.
what are we missing? Since the automation is setup to send an email when a card is moved into the list, we don’t understand why a card entering that list using a button from a different board wouldn’t work the same as a card slid into the list another way.
