Automation for moving a card and its mirrored card to different locations

I have a board for scheduling deliveries, when a card is moved to this board I have an automation set up to create a mirrored card for each delivery on another board for sales reps to keep tabs on. When the card on the delivery board is moved to a list titled "complete" I would also like the mirrored card on the sales rep board to automatically move to a list on that board titled "Need to Follow Up" so staff knows they are to reach out about the delivery. Is this possible?

This should be possible using the find automation actions and targeting a card with the title {cardlink}{*}.

Can you give that a go?
