I'm struggling with the automation of Trello. I follow the standard rule:

When a due date less than 1 days from now is set on a card by anyone, move the card to the top of list "Today".

Yet... whatever I try, it doesn't work.

I've waited 48 hours. Set new days after creating the rules, I've triple checked that 'enabled on this board' is checked. What am I overlooking?

Hi there, this is something that will only trigger at the point you set the due date.

You require Due Date Commands:

Hi,

I have the same problem as Elsa.. the rule isn´t triggered (but was created under the due date rules - like it is shown above)

I created a "test-Card" today with a due date in 2 days

The rule should trigger when the due date of a card is 7 days before the card is due... but nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks for the help.

Jessi

Hi,

same issue, i can get out of the woods.

I set the rule under "automation/due dates" which is not triggered at the time (first i set the rule in a new board, then created the the cards).

Rule calls to move a card from list "valid" to list "close to expiring" 5 days before the due date...no way
