Automation Buttons - Why aren't they showing up for team members?

Hi all, 

My Automation buttons that have been created by my boss aren't showing up in my Trello, we use a shared board and another team member cannot see hers either. I have tried different browsers and updates. I was on the phone to my boss and either she or I had clicked something, then I could see them for the first time. Literally 5 mins later they disappeared again? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes I have double checked that with my boss, she has all those checked already ☹️ any other advice you may have please?

Hmm, can't come up with what else it could be right now... Perhaps you should try and make a new test-button and see if that show up for everyone, and if so check the two buttons side by side for differences...
