Hi Karim,
There are options to tick so it's shared amongst other users:
If you selected Show on all Workspace visible boards, showing this button on all Workspace visible boards means it will appear by default for all Workspace members on all non-private boards, not guests. Disabling this toggle will allow guest sharing, assuming that other users are not Workspace members.
