Automating Project Card Cover Color

Is there a way to automate the cover color of a project dependent on how you tag it? I see the first half of the automation (If tagged a certain tag/color...) but I do not see the option for the "then change cover color" as a latter half of the automation. (For free users, not premium)

@lydia.l.kim I did it for a Spanish client via Trello API. I don't think this is standard capability of Trello automation
