I have a board where I use the dropbox power-up to sync each card's attachments  with different folders and files on dropbox.

I would like the attachments to automatically update their title (that is the one that appears on the trello card) when I rename the original file/folder on dropbox: is that possible?

@Federico Piovesan that would be the job of the Dropbox power up, so if it's not already working, then it probably won't work!

Dropbox does support webhooks, however:

https://www.dropbox.com/developers/reference/webhooks#tutorial

and Zapier has a generic tool for receiving them via the Catch Hook trigger:

https://zapier.com/help/webhooks/#supported-triggers

This means that you can monitor a Dropbox account for file name changes and, so long as you have a way of mapping that back to a card, you can update the title of the attachment on the card.

The way it's mapped back to a card would potentially be based on folder name (if it contains the card id for example).
