Automatically Changing Dates Based on Conditions

Hi everyone,

We're using Trello as a rudimentary production management system and I want to find a way to automatically change the Due Date on multiple cards at once when they meet a certain condition.

If a card has a specific label ("Tentative" in this case) I want to automatically check if the due date is within the next 84 days (Our Lead Time) and extend the due date by a week.

I have been looking at doing this as a board button, but can't figure out how to get it to work.

Hi Jordan,

For the reporting/filtering part, I would try Cross-Board Reporting & Dashboards.

You can build a table or counter that shows cards with:

label = Tentative
due date = from today to today + 84 days
