Yes there is - the member(s) will just need to enable to relevant notification settings. Have a look at this article on managing Trello notifications (including due date notifications).
If you are concerned that the users will not have the correct notifications enabled or if you want to send a specific email (with custom content for example), you can also create a rule (using Trello Automation) to send an email to the member when a card is due, or any other trigger.
