This just recently started happening to us. We have team members submitting cards with attachments however the cards are appearing empty in our workspace board. What is going on and how can this be fixed? It appeared out of the blue.
Sorry to hear about this problem. I understand that not all Trello accounts are able to create support cases. However I have created a support case on your behalf so that someone from the Trello support team can investigate this further.

I really need a response here as Atlassian has no way to talk to a customer support agent, which is insane.
We are receiving upload receipts that prove that attachments are being uploaded yet they're not showing up on our end. This is preventing our company from doing any work.
