Over the last week or so, I have noticed that when I am using the Trello App on my phone and adding images to a card, they show on my phone and on that relevant card but If I look at the same card on my desktop or laptop, I get nothing?

That would mean your Mobile Attachments are out of Sync or you have a cache issue.
Do You Using Trello Desktop app or Browser on your Computer ?
