Attachments - Photos .zip vs .jpeg

Using the app and attaching photos from my Apple phone to a card. They are attaching as a .zip vs a .jpeg most recently. Can anyone share why this is and how to I get them to attach in the .jpeg format again?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your attachments.

The issue you're encountering is a new bug we discovered with iOS live photos which, as you've noticed, are uploaded as zip files instead of actual pictures currently. Although we don't have an ETA for when this will be fixed, you should be able to convert the live photos to regular ones and attach them to your cards in the meantime. When a fix is ready, our engineering team will push it to the next available release on the app store.
