Using an iPad Air 5th generation with IOS 18.2.1
When we attempt to add a photo from the photo library it presents a very small comment type box. Adding images from other devices works as it should and displays the entire photo library.
We have run iOS updates also deleted the Trello app, reinstalled it for the latest app update but still getting the same result. We cannot see any images from the photo library. It was working on this device and then just suddenly stopped working.
You can see the small comment type window in the image attached.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I had the same issue and what worked for me was making sure Trello had access to my full photo library in my phone’s settings, not just selected photos. Also, I store some of my images from https://www.nixplay.com/ and download them directly to my phone before attaching in Trello — that way there's no permission hiccup and the image shows up right away.
Hello,
I am currently experiencing the same issue!
My iPad is running on iOS 18.2.1 too, unable to access or attach photos.
