Hi! We have a Trello account dp@beecorp.com.br and we are trying to reset its password to recover information. The password never arrive.
I'm the domain administrator and the @id.atlassian.com never arrived or was rejected, I think that maybe there is something blocking our email.
I hope someone is able to help us since this is a manager account.

There might be various reasons for this, and I am not an expert on the Trello side.
However, I have witnessed multiple cases where it was due to Atlassian's systems blocking the email addresses. It would be best to contact support: link

Even on the support link, we aren't able to reach their team by no means, there isn't a way to send an email or open a ticket with them.
