Is customer service usually this horrible? I've been trying to simply access my account. I changed my email hosts and now the address I signed up with is an alias to another email. OF COURSE they have charged me my monthly service fee, but I've been trying to get into my account since 15May.
Any reply that I make is answered with some boilerplate crap from some bot, and I can't get a real person to answer to save my life. I even created an additional ticket this am, and didn't even get a confirmation that it was received. And i double dare you to try to get a person either on the phone or in a chat, or (clearly) an email thread.
Has anyone encountered something similar? I'm about to find alternatives to all Atlassian platforms that I use and let it be known that their support sucks to say the least.

Atlassian support options vary depending on your subscription level. For example, phone support is only available to Enterprise customers. Please check out this doc for details:

Since you are on a paid plan, you should be able to create a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com . Initial response time targets for each support level can be found in the previous doc as well.
Could you please confirm whether you have already created a proper support ticket and, if so, whether you have not yet received a response?
I literally said in the OP that I created 2 tickets. Insofar as level of service I currently have Trello, Look, and am the admin of 2 loom accounts for a municipal Fire Department.
