Atlassian Account → I can’t log in or recover access

My Trello / Atlassian account may be compromised. I cannot access Trello because the verification code is not arriving to my phone. I have tried password reset and 2-step recovery. I need urgent help recovering access and securing the account. Who can advise please as I am having no luck contacting Trello support either.
