Are our boards backed up?

I am just trying to find out if our boards/cards/data are backed up.

Backed up in relation to what?

In terms of Atlassian's backups, they do have this listed on their trust center - see:

If you mean to protect you from accidental deletion, etc though - this would be your responsibility.

You can either...

• Backup boards and their data manually, by downloading them - or...
• Look for a Power-Up which has more powerful, automated backup features - such as...
  • Backups for Trello 
  • Pro Backup for Trello 
  • BackupLABS backup for Trello 
  • ...etc

Sorry for the typo up there and thank you for your reply!  Yes, I meant making sure all the time I spent on my boards is safe from disappearing   ;)

I don't use Trello as often, but we do backup our Jira instance, and would encourage everyone to do some level of data backing up!
