Are new beta Inbox and Planner features intended to be for Standard account level?

Are new beta Inbox and Planner features intended to be for Standard account level?

Hi,
I was wondering whether the new Planner and Inbox features that have become available to try out in Beta on my Standard account are actually going to be available at that level when out of beta, or are they going to be whipped away again until (or if) I upgrade to Premium?

They will be available in the Standard plan.
