Are files attached to cards accessible offline in Trello's mobile apps?

I'm using Trello cards to store information related to upcoming travel. Some cards have attached PDFs of confirmation emails. There's chance I might need to access them in locations I wont have connectivity. Wondering if its reliable to do so. Thanks.
