Are admins of a workspace all equally owners?

We have a free account with 10 people and we are all admins. If I remove the person who originally created the workspace will anything happen? Do I need to transfer ownership to someone else? Or as admins, are we all equally owners of the workspace?

Welcome to the commmunity.

All members of a Free Workspace are admins of the Workspace. However, Free Workspace admins are not given access to all boards in the Workspace. Individual boards must be managed by the board admins. If possible, can you check if you have the admin rights on the boards before making any change? If you are a admin of the board as well you should have access to everything inside the workspace considering is a free WS.
