Archiving due date cards after the due date

Wes McDermott
February 25, 2021

I'm working with an events company, and they're using the calendar power-up to schedule all their events for the year. They've been using it for a few years so now there are hundreds of cards with due dates.

I want to clear the calendar and archive all of the cards that are overdue. Then hopefully there's also a way to have this done automatically going forward...

You can use Butler to do that.

If you use a Board Button to do that, which when activated Move all cards more than 30 days old to a list (Archive list), then archive all card in the Archive List.

You can also use the new Due Date automations that will automatically archive all cards past a number of days after due date (you select the number of days)
