I use Trello to plan social media posts. My columns represent weeks and the cards represent posts. Every week I archive the oldest column because every post have been published, so I don't need them on my board. Whenever I need to look at past posts, I search the archived items by keyword and I analyse the dates of some type of posts. When I need to repost something, I go to the archives and copy the content to a new card, that way I know how many times I have reposted and when. Unfortunately, last friday I tried to access the archived items to see what have been posted lately, but the system continuously says "nothing found"... I've been trying for days and it still says I don't have noting archived, or instead shows some very old cards, wich I have archived years ago... please, can someone help?
Hi @Inês Cunha - welcome to the Community!
The Archived Items feature has two sections, archived cards and archived lists. Can you make sure you're looking at the archived lists section?
Hi Alex,
Yes, I'm sure I'm looking at the right place because I use the archives for years and this never happend. My archived files are still missing. If I look in the lists tab it doesn't show nothing as well. Should appear achived listas instead of cards, but it always says "nothing found"... whay are my archived lists and cards missing?
