App notification sounds not working on Android or iOS?

Hi.

For some odd reason, app notifications don't play any sounds on my Android phone and neither on my colleague's iOS. I made sure sound is on and Trello is allowed to send notifications with sounds and vibrations, and my phone isn't on do-not-disturb mode. But still no sounds are ever played when a notification pops up. All other apps work just fine. What's the issue?

Hi Leena,

I have a couple general troubleshooting suggestions that hopefully will help!

• Could you please check your Trello app is up to date?
• Can you please try uninstalling/reinstalling your Trello app?
• And you also check if you have mobile push notifications enabled in the Trello app?

I apologize for such a late reply.

I tried everything you've suggested. Push notifications are enabled. My phone still does not buzz or sound an alarm when I receive a Trello notification. Nor does my colleague's iOS.

I'm not sure what's the cause of this as it works just fine with our other team members.
