Any connections to tasks in Exchange server or Outlook?

Hey there, 

I currently use Tasks in Microsoft Exchange pretty extensively. Is there any integration between that and Trello? 
Or just, in general, do any of you use Trello closely with Exchange or Outlook vs. mostly using it as a stand alone app?
